Making age-friendly commitments is a meaningful first step — but how do you move from aspiration to real institutional change?

Join us for a conversation with the University of Utah College of Nursing to explore how they embedded reframing aging work into their "Excellence Across the Lifespan Champions" program — a faculty and staff cohort designed to drive lasting institutional transformation. What started as a single workshop became a structured professional development model, with faculty and staff completing their own age-inclusivity projects to lead culture change from within.

In this webinar, you'll hear directly from champions about their projects and learn how reframing aging training can spark broader organizational conversations that give real momentum to age-friendly goals. Whether you're leading age-friendly initiatives, working within a school of health professions, or looking for a model you can adapt at your own institution, this session will give you a replicable framework and inspiration to carry into your work.
